The Aethos-class Dreadnought, is an old, and reliable design of the Terran Republic. These ships have been in the navy, for more than half a century. With two hanger bays, it can carry a multitude of fighters, and assault ships, as well as several frigates. This ships' shields are weak for their class, but their armor, more than makes up for the fact. More than sixty percent of the ships mass, is made up from the armor alone.

The weaponry load out, includes more than two dozen long range missile tubes, twelve heavy capital class projectile turrets, seven anti-fighter rail turrets, and two seige lasers, one medium, and one heavy. The Aethos, had also, one of the last remaining StarDuster engines, one of the few Ion drives in use today, which have been mostly replaced by gravity inversion drives.

Currently, the Aethos is going through a major overhaul, and more armor and weaponry may be added on.


In other news, only the smaller guns, and seige lasers remain untextured, they will be done later. I just need a break from this . Guns are also missing from the bottom of the ship, for the same reason as stated above.
